How Can I Get Free Shipping At Converse UK?

Free delivery is available for all Converse.com orders with a merchandise total equal to or more than the value for each country listed below. Converse free delivery is automatically applied during checkout for all qualifying orders.

Does Converse Ship to PO Boxes?

What is the Return Policy Of Converse UK?

In most cases, Converse.com orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. If it's been more than 30 days, you can still return your order for a full refund if the product is unused. Some restrictions apply:

How Long Does It Take to Process My Refund at Converse UK?

Refund timeframes are calculated from the time the parcel has been sent back to Converse UK until the refund is credited back to your bank account or credit card. Your bank may require up to five additional working days to process your refund. The maximum refund time is up to two weeks and in many cases much quicker.

Can I Exchange a Product At Converse UK?

Unfortunately, Converse.com does not exchange product bought on Converse.com. Converse is happy to accept your return through their returns process and you will be able to re-order at your convenience.

How Can I Get a Return Label?

Converse ships your order with a return label in the box. 

If that return label cannot be used because it got damaged or lost please Contact Converse in order to send you a new returns label.
