Do I Get Credit for My Purchases On WorldMarket.com?

Yes. Enter your World Market Explorer Member ID when you checkout and you will receive credit for your eligible purchases. Credit cannot be given for prior purchases or retroactively if your Member ID is not entered at time of purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours from the time of shipment for your Activity Balance to be updated on your World Market Explorer Reward Status page. You must sign-in at WorldMarket.com/Explorer to access your Rewards Status page.

How is Order Status Different From Tracking Information?

The status of your order is supplied by worldmarket.com. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from warehouse.

Once your order leaves warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, USPS or UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered.

The tracking information is accessible from your Order History on the website when it becomes available.

When Can I Track My Orders?
