User profiles are locked after too many unsuccessful login attempts. Dell does this for your protection. Some users can unlock their profile by authenticating through the Forgot User ID/Password link. Other users may be required to call Dell's toll-free number at (800) 283-2210. The option to unlock your profile will be available through Dell's automated phone answering system. In some cases, you may be required to speak to a Customer Care representative.
It normally takes 2-3 business days for your payment to be reflected on your DPA account or DBC account. However, in some instances, your available credit may not reflect your payment for up to 10 days.
Please allow 2-3 business days for payments submitted online, pay by phone, and Autopay. For payments made by mail please allow an additional 5 business days for USPS to deliver the check or money order payment to the payment address.
When you send us a check as a payment, you authorize us to clear your check electronically. Your payment will show up on your statement as an electronic entry processed by Dell Financial. The electronic description will include the check serial number and the payee. DFS will keep a copy of the check for the period of time prescribed by law. If you need a copy of your original check, DFS will be able to supply it to you. You may be charged for this copy.
The minimum payment on your DPA account will be the greater of 3.0% of the outstanding balance or $20.

Payments for DFS Business Leases are fixed. Details can be found in your lease contract. Payments must be made for the monthly payment, plus any miscellaneous items that are due.
