If I Receive Faulty Products From Dulux?

If any Product you purchase is damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if a fault becomes apparent within a reasonable time of your receipt of the Products (providing such fault is not a result of your negligence, or if a Product has been misdescribed, Dulux may offer a replacement product or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.

If you believe this to be the case please contact the Dulux Customer Care center on 0333 222 76 76 (this is a local rate number and call charges will apply) or send an email containing details of the Product and the issue to [email protected]

Where Dulux offers a refund for faulty Products, they will process any refund due as soon as possible. The refund will be applied to the PayPal account used for the original payment.

What is the Delivery Arrangements Of Dulux?

Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation unless there is an Event Outside Control. If Dulux is unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Control they will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. 

Deliveries will be made by our carriers APC.

Deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt (we recommend that you inspect the Products delivered carefully before signing).

Delivery will be completed when the Products are delivered to the address you gave us.

If the driver is unable to deliver to your address on the first attempt, a delivery card will be left advising you to contact APC to rearrange a convenient delivery time. If a second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the Products purchased will be returned to the carrier’s depot. You can then arrange to collect the Products from your local APC depot, details of which are available by calling the number on the card.

The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You own the Products once Dulux has received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

How Much Does the Delievery for Orders Containing Full Can Paint and Accessories?

Delivery will be charged at £4.99 and will take place at the address notified to Dulux in your order. Orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days of receipt for all orders placed before 2.30 pm. Unfortunately, Dulux cannot deliver to addresses in Northern Ireland or to addresses outside of Great Britain mainland (this includes the Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight, the Scottish Isles and the Channel Isles). Please see your dispatch confirmation for the estimated delivery date. 

Dulux will use all reasonable means to deliver your order within the time stated for the delivery service, however, please note that any dates they specify for the delivery of Products are approximate and they shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.

Dulux recommends that you keep your receipt, which can be found on your Order Confirmation or on the order invoice that comes with your delivery (you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales enquiry).

Working days are defined as Monday-Friday, from 9 am until 5 pm and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
