Can I Have Accents On Letters?
Easy2name can print all accents, or unusual letters.
Why Do the Shoe Label Covers Not Have a Name On?
The covers are just what they say they are. They are designed to go over the top of their stick on labels in shoes, to protect the name from wearing away with feet rubbing on them so much.
Why Isn’t My Discount Code Accepted?
If you have also selected a fundraising group, your discount code won’t be accepted, as Easy2name can only give away one concession.
I Haven’t Received an E-mail Confirmation, How Can I Track My Order?
If you haven’t had the e-mail confirmation, then the order wouldn’t have fully completed and come through to Easy2name. The most common cause is being timed out of the final payment page. Please contact Easy2name, they sometimes have some of the details you entered and can take a card payment over the phone.
My Iron On Tapes are Coming Off, What is Happening?
Easy2name has sold thousands of iron on tapes over the years, with such a tiny problem rate and many customers come back for more.
Variations in irons and applications can make a difference, so here are a few suggestions.
Easy2name would recommend the following
- Ensure your clothes have been pre-washed.
- Do not cover the label with a tea towel – iron straight onto the label.
- Do not iron the label on to the care label inside the clothing.
- Use a little more heat and/or pressure but be careful not to burn the clothing.
What are the Delivery Charges Of Easy2name?
Standard delivery charge is £1.50 - items are sent by First Class Post. If your order contains a mixture of items with different production times and you would like products sent as soon as they are ready please select the split delivery option which is £3.
Easy2name can also send by Special Delivery for Next Day Delivery - please call 01635-298326 to arrange (this is an additional £8.00 for a weekday service and £12 for Saturday guaranteed).
For Europe the cost is £4 and for the Rest of the World the charge is £8 and is sent via a signed for service.
How Long Do Bespoke Labels Take to Deliver?
A woven sample takes 10 days and the full amount takes a further 10 days. A printed satin sample will take around 5 days and another 5 days for the full amount. However company policy is to allow up to 28 days for delivery in case of any errors.
Can Your Stickers Be Used In Shoes?
The stickers stay stuck very well in shoes but Easy2name recommend you use the Shoe Label Covers over the top of them to protect the lettering.
How Can I Raise Funds With Easy2name?
Many nurseries and schools have raised funds simply by distributing the order forms. Easy2name will send the orders direct to the customer and the group receives 20% commission.
How Quickly Should I Expect My Order?
Original Stick on Labels, Shoe Label Covers, Easytapes and Permanent transfers and bag tags should be despatched within 48 hours BUT if your order includes Woven Tapes, Luggage Straps, Letter Transfers, Shoebags or Fab and Funky labels it will take longer - your order should be despatched within 14 days, however, please allow up 21 days.
If you have a mixed order and need your other labels urgently please select Split Delivery at the checkout and Easy2name will send the order in parts as the items are ready.
