What is the Return Policy On Emerica.com?

For product purchased on emerica.com online store, Emerica offers a 30 day warranty and return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to our warehouse within 30 days from point of purchase for a refund or store credit. Items must include original tags or shoebox, be unwashed, unworn, and unused. Items must also be free of smoke smell, pet hair, or cleaning product. Emerica recommends trying on footwear in a carpeted area. If the returns warehouse finds your product not suitable for return Emerica will ship it back to you immediately and no refund or store credit will be issued.  

Emerica DOES NOT DO EXCHANGES. Emerica ONLY OFFERS REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT. 

ANY ITEM(S) PURCHASED AT NORMAL PRICE BEFORE THE START OF A SALE WILL NOT BE CREDITED OR REFUNDED FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE ONCE A SALE CAMPAIGN HAS BEGUN.

Can I Change Or Cancel an Emerica Order?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted it is immediately transmitted to an automated processing system. This provides the fastest method for receiving your order. As such, order cancellations and modifications are not possible, even if the order has not shipped. Customer service is only available Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM so if you have an issue with your order please contact customer service immediately at onlinestore@emerica.com. 

You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label with your order if you'd like to send your item back once you receive it. Unfortunately, Emerica does not offer exchanges, but will be happy to get you a refund or gift card to replace your order.

Why is My Emerica Order On Hold?

emerica.com does their best to protect your money. Emerica has a fraud prevention system that looks at orders in our system that could possibly be fraudulent. Orders are set to hold so our fraud prevention team can check them out and make sure they are legitimate. To ensure the quickest shipping time for your order, please make sure your billing and shipping addresses match. If these do not match, you may be asked to provide verification for your billing information. Emerica has the right to cancel any order we believe may be placed under fraudulent circumstances. Since electronic fraud is very prevalent these days, emerica.com has to take extra precaution to ensure your money and Emerica's money is protected.  

Can I Ship My Order to a Military Address Or P.O. Box?

Unfortunately, Emerica cannot ship to APO/ FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. No exceptions.  

How Long Will It Take to Ship My Order?

Emerica will process orders Monday through Friday. Orders generally take 1-2 business days to process. Given that your order is not set to hold by our fraud prevention team and Emerica has the item in stock, your order should be shipped within 2 business days. Please note the estimated arrival given by emerica.com is just an estimation based on your location. If you need your order delivered by a specific date, Emerica will recommend using an expedited shipping option. You will receive an email with a Fed Ex tracking number that has a more accurate delivery date within 24 hours. Please note orders placed over the holidays can take longer to process. Customer service will contact you if otherwise.  

All U.S. orders are shipped out at 5:00 PM PST via FedEx Monday through Friday. Emerica does not process or ship orders on national holidays or weekends. All orders placed on Friday will ship on the following Monday. Friday after 2:00 PM PST is considered the weekend.

What are My Shipping Options for the United States?

Shipping is free for U.S. orders above $100.00 USD (before tax is applied) 

All U.S. orders are shipped via Federal Express. 

Emerica offers the following shipping methods at check out: 

  • FedEx Ground (Delivered within 1-5 business days) 
  • FedEx Express (Delivered within 1-3 business days)

Is My Payment Safe At Emerica.com?

Your payment is securely processed via the online payment provider Adyen or Paypal.

emerica charges sales tax based upon the tax laws of the state your order is shipped to. All applicable state and local sales taxes will appear on the order billing & review pages during your checkout process.
