The best way is contacting customer service to offer Ericdress your information. Also when you want to check out, please go to your shopping cart and find the "add remark" button. You can leave a message for Ericdress if you have specific requests regarding an item such as size, color, etc. After receiving your order, Ericdress will call you or email you to verify your information.
Once an item has no more available stock and the manufacturer is no longer making it, it is removed from Ericdress' webpage as available and will no longer show up in searches.
Please email or call Ericdress with style number, and they can find further information for you. Some designers can make extra length.

The colors that we list on the product detail page are the only colors which that style dress is produced in. Ericdress also show all the pictures they have available, so if the picture is not shown, that means Ericdress cannot show you that dress in that color.
If your dress is not in stock or for some reason Ericdress cannot order it , Ericdress will notify you and give you other options to choose from, or you can cancel your order. You can provide other of your favorite dress style pictures, and after confirmation, Ericdress will reply you as soon as possible.
Inventory moves very quickly especially during prom season so Ericdress is not able to accurately check stock on a particular dress. Ericdress is not able to confirm shipping date until the order is placed for a dress. The website is updated with as much information as they have available including if a dress won't be shipping out until a later date.
Please place your order at your earliest convenience. Normally, placing the order can't be less than 1 month in advance of your wedding ceremony. Ericdress also afford you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alteration if necessary.
