When Will I Be Billed for My Next Box?

If you start with The Editor’s Box, your next billing will be for the upcoming season's box.

Can I Get an Editor’s Box If I’m Already a Member?

During add-on sales, the most recent Editor's Box will be available for members to add to their next seasonal box shipment while supplies last. 

If inventory allows, the most recent Editor's Box will also be available for members to purchase in the shop! Check there to see if any are available.

What is a Welcome Box?

The Welcome Box includes most loved items from past seasons. The Welcome Box has historically been offered between seasons so that members do not have to wait until the next seasonal box ships. It is priced at either $49.99 for Seasonal subscribers or is the first box in the Annual subscription.

Why Can't I Receive Certain Items?

Due to shipping restrictions, FabFitFun is unable to send certain items to AK, HI, Military and certain territories.

What Do I Do If My Box is Damaged During Shipping Or I Am Missing an Item?

Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 2 weeks of your delivery date. Please contact FabFitFun and a customer care specialist will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced.

Please note content in boxes being shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may vary from US boxes each season. Gift certificates and sponsored items included in some boxes are subject to shipping constraints of the issuing company.

How Much Does the FabFitFun Shipping Cost?

Shipping for seasonal boxes to the US is free! Shipping for Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico is $8 USD per box. All add-ons ship free along with your box regardless of location. 


  • US Orders: Shipping for orders over $25 is free! Orders under $25 incur a $5 shipping fee. 
  • Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Orders: Shipping is $10 USD per order.

Does FabFitFun Ship Internationally?

FabFitFun ships to Canada and Puerto Rico! Shipping is an additional $8 for seasonal boxes and $10 for shop orders for all Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii orders.

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax to FabFitFun?

Additional sales tax may apply to orders being shipped to California, New York, Washington, and Canada. Any applicable taxes will be detailed in your FabFitFun invoice.

Beginning with the Summer 2018 billing cycle (starting on May 20), applicable Canadian sales tax will be added to membership charges and other purchases. This change is consistent with how FabFitFun treats sales tax in other jurisdictions where it is required to collect and remit such tax.  

Sales tax will not apply to membership charges occurring prior to May 20, 2018, even if such payments are for boxes to be delivered in the future. Canadian sales tax will apply to billing for Summer Add-Ons purchases and all Add-Ons/Edit sales moving forward.

I Filled Out a Survey All About Myself. Does This Mean Boxes are Personalized?

While FabFitFun is not yet personalizing boxes, FabFitFun is always working to curate the most exciting quarterly VIP boxes. When you subscribe, you will be prompted to fill out a survey, which will help FabFitFun in the future select products that are more in tune with your personal tastes! For now, this will not mean your box will be personalized each quarter.
