Once Fabhunt receive a parcel back, please allow up to 2 working days for your parcel to be processed. If you have not included your name, order number and reason for return, it may take longer to process your request.
Once your parcel has been processed, Fabhunt will email you with a confirmation of receipt and will advise the next course of action regarding your exchange or refund.
Please note, Fabhunt can only authorise exchanges or refunds once they have received the original item back to their offices.
Fabhunt currently does not offer a free returns service.
If you have returned your order as you have changed your mind or are no longer wanting the items then Fabhunt currently is unable to refund your postage costs for this.
However, you should be refunded the full product price, unless otherwise advised.
