On satisfactory completion of the returns policy a refund has be processed by Filofax's team, Filofax will refund you by the original payment method used, i.e. by Credit/Debit card. PayPal transactions will be refunded to your PayPal account. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your account. Free Shipping orders over $75.00 will normally be sent by UPS Sure Post service and may take up to 8 working days to be delivered. In Canada, free shipping orders over $75.00 will be sent via UPS Standard.
Items over specified threshold will be sent by courier and can be tracked in your account if this is the case. Please refer to your order shipment email to see how your order has been despatched.
After carefully reviewing the Organiser registration, and the response that Filofax receives, Filofax have taken the decision to no longer offer this service. Organiser registration will now not be part of the ‘My Account' section of the websites.
The first two digits of Filofax's diary codes represent the year. For example, a Personal size Horizontal Year Planner for 2017 has a code of 17-68401 whereas the 2018 version of the same diary is 18-68401.
If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased from filofaxusa.com, simply return it to Filofax in its original condition with your Order Reference Number within 28 days of dispatch and Filofax will issue a refund for the price of the item. Your refund will automatically be processed via the same method your payment was made, Please allow up to 10 business days from delivery receipt for the credit to appear on your statement. Unfortunately, items ordered from our website cannot currently be returned to a retail store. Filofax asks that you wrap the parcel carefully to prevent damage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
