What Carriers Will Be Used to Ship My Order?

Five Below will ship out your package with either FedEx & USPS. Also, with some orders FedEx will hand the package over to US Postal to deliver to you. You can always use the tracking number in your shipping email to double check.

How are Tax Rates Determined?

Five Below is required to charge sales and use tax according to Federal and State guidelines.

Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.  

Note that the taxes presented at time of order submission are only an estimate. Final calculation of applicable taxes will be performed when the order ships, and when your credit card or gift/e card is charged.

What is the Handling Fee Of Five Below?

A super small .25 cent handling fee is applied per item or case. It just covers any expenses in processing, packing, and shipping your order.

Received a Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Item, What Should I Do?

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item or the wrong order, please contact Customer Relations team at 844-4-5BELOW (844-452-3569), or email Five Below at customer.relations@fivebelow.com. Five Below get your order fixed as quick as they can.

Does Five Below Accept Coupons Or Discount Codes?

  • Five Below does not accept manufacturer’s coupons and discount codes.
  • “Kids Stuff” coupons are accepted in store only.

Does Five Below Offer Discounts for Large Purchases?

It’s Five Below's goal to bring customers the best products at the lowest prices. For this reason, Five Below is unable to offer pricing discounts, even on large purchases.

What Forms Of Payment Does Five Below Accept?

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, and E-Gift Cards.
  • All charges made with a Debit Card will be charged as a CREDIT transaction.
  • Five Below is unable to accept Personal Checks, PayPal, Samsung Pay or Android Pay, International credit cards, money orders, or cashier’s checks.

Why Was My Order Cancelled By Five Below?

After you place an order, Five Below will verify and authorize all of the information that has been provided. If Five Below is unable to do so, your order may fail or be delayed. If it fails, or if changes to the inventory occur that affect your order during a delayed authorization, Five Below must cancel or modify your order. Five Below will send you an email to notify you of any cancellations or updates as soon as they occur. What Do I Do If My Order Does Not Arrive?

Send an e-mail to customer.relations@fivebelow.com or call Five Below at 844-4-5BELOW (844-452-3569). Please be sure to tell Five Below your order number from your Order Summary.

How Do I Pay for My Five Below Order?

  • During checkout, select a form of payment from the dropdown menu.
  • If you do not already have a payment method stored, enter a new one.
  • Enter your Billing Information as it appears on your credit card statement. If your information is already entered, confirm it is correct.
  • Ensure that your billing name is exactly as it appears on your credit card.
  • For your protection, transactions will not be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.

Does Five Below Ship Orders Outside Of the Continental US?

At this time, Five Below ships only within the continental United States only. Five Below does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Five Below is able to ship to any Military Address.

Yes! Five Below does ship to military addresses!

You can go through checkout and place your order to your military address.

Can I Place a Tax Exempt Order On Five Below Site?

Five Below can process your tax exempt order. To get started you can create an account on site first. Once you have your account set up email our Customer Relations team to let Five Below know… 

  • Your email address and name on the account. 
  • Your tax exempt ID letter including your tax exempt ID number

You can reach Five Below at customer.relations@fivebelow.com. A member of Five Below's team will set up your account as tax exempt and email you to let you know you can start shopping online.

Can I Store Multiple Addresses In My Address Book?

  • Your address book within MY ACCOUNT allows you to save and edit both shipping and billing addresses for an easier checkout process.
  • After you have created an account, you can fill in your billing and multiple shipping addresses if applicable by choosing the "Edit" link.

How Can I Review My Order History At Five Below?

Go to the ORDER HISTORY section of MY ACCOUNT. All the orders you placed while you were logged in to your account will be there.
