Five Below will ship out your package with either FedEx & USPS. Also, with some orders FedEx will hand the package over to US Postal to deliver to you. You can always use the tracking number in your shipping email to double check.

Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.
