Foot Locker is unfortunately unable to change the shjpping address once an order has been placed. That is because Foot Locker cannot guarantee that the change in our system will be effective before the shipment takes place, and also to avoid possible frauds. UPS will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your order to the address you indicated. If the delivery is not possible, the driver will leave an Information Notice in the mailbox. After 2 delivery attempts, UPS will store your order, at no additional costs, for a maximum of 5 business days at their facility. If you have not collected your order before the end of the end of the 5th business day, it will be returned to Foot Locker for a refund.
Foot Locker Europe understands that you may sometimes change your mind. You may cancel any order free of charge and without any explanation, provided that it has not yet been shipped. Since Foot Locker strives to ship your items as soon as possible, this timeframe is generally very short. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team.
If your size is not available, use Foot Locker's in-store Sneakerfinder service or check the website for restocks.
If you cannot add an available product to the cart, it may be that the item or size you are interested in are sold out, but the website is still not showing the stock update. This generally only happens with very popular items which are sold out very quickly and generate a huge amount of visits to the website in a short timeframe, not giving time to the system to refresh. If that is the case, please try to purchase the item again later, or visit one of our stores.
