How to Receive a New Bracelet for My Watch?

The wristbands can be ordered by dialing the number of customer service on +33 (0) 1 84 88 93 25. To do this, it will be necessary to bring you beforehand the reference of the watch (which you will find on the back of the product). Once the bracelet has been received, you can go to a jeweler or your usual dealer to make the replacement. These interventions are only feasible in authorized workshops (excluding interchangeable wristbands, which do not require specific tools).

Check your repair request, print the product tracking label and ship your product to experts. 

STEP 3: SEND US YOUR WATCH
Receive an email informing you of assessment of the repair. Track the status of the repair and pay directly online. 

STEP 4: RECOVER YOUR PRODUCT
Your product is ready to be returned.
