How to Make a Return to Giglio

  1. Log in to your private area and click on “My orders”;
  2. Select the order containing the item/s you want to return and click on “I want to return one or more items”;
  3. Select the item/s you want to return and choose the refund method;
  4. A- Return shipments into Italy are free. Please, make sure the pickup address you find in the collection form is right and arrange your pickup. The courier will pick up your box within 2 days and will provide you the waybill (you don’t need to print any document!).

4B- For shipping outside Italy, you may choose to use our Easy Return service or the Return arranged by the client.

The Easy return service provides the home collection arranged by Giglio.com (the service is not available in some countries).

Our courier will pick up the box within 2 days and will provide you the waybill (you don’t need to print any document!). The service cost depends on your nation and may vary from 12€ to 60€. You will not pay any money at the collection since we will deduct the Easy return service cost from your refund.

The Refund arranged by the client allows you to choose the courier you prefer and to pay directly to him the shipment cost.

The procedure will allow you to create the return form containing all the instructions concerning the shipping, that you will receive by email. Download, print, and put the form inside the box.

Please, remember you may start a return procedure within 14 days from the delivery date (including public holidays). After the deadline, the return procedure will be disabled.

What is the Return Policy Of Giglio?

You may return one or more items, provided that they were not used or worn, within 14 days from the delivery date and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return is free for Italy (San Marino and Vatican City included). The return fees must be paid by the client for all orders received outside Italy.

The client can not change the returned item/s with other products.

Is There Any Order Insurance Policy?

All the shipments are covered against damage or loss.
The insurance is free and will value until delivery to the address indicated by the client.
Therefore, in order to provide the service, you are responsible to pick up the order.

Giglio suggests you plan it in time and eventually to make contact with the Customer Care if you can not pick up the order.

How Much is the Shipping Rates?

The standard shipping, 4-6 working days, is free everywhere in Italy, the Republic of San Marino and Vatican City. The fast shipping, 2-3 working days, costs €9,99.

At the time of shipping, the client receives the tracking number, in order to follow the progression of the shipment, 24 hours a day, on the courier’s website.
