The shipping confirmation, which you will receive by e-mail, includes a UPS tracking number. At www.ups.com you can enter the tracking number and see where your package is and when it is expected to arrive. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, UPS will leave you a notification. Normally, UPS will try to deliver the package again the following day. Alternatively, you can arrange a delivery date directly with UPS. Contact details for each UPS office can be found on the notification sheet.
In the category of vouchers (under "Specials") you have the opportunity to buy gift vouchers in different value levels. The voucher is sent as a PDF for printing by e-mail.
