What is the Shipping Policy Of Hartmann?

Once an order has been processed, Hartmann is not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. Hartmann is also unable to modify or cancel items on your order once it has been confirmed.

Please note that Hartmann uses a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with Hartmann.

Please be advised that carriers may require someone to sign for your shipment. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and will not be left at the door.)

Note: International Shipping is not available at this time.

Does Hartmann Offer International Shipping?

At this time Hartmann does not offer international shipping.

How to Care and Clean My Hartmann Products?

All cases are lined with fabrics that are treated to repel moisture and resist permanent staining, which makes cleaning easy. Most soil and stains can be removed by using commercially available spot removers such as K- 2R®.

Avoid oiling locks or hinges, since oil may leak in and stain case linings or clothing. If hardware should become scratched, rub lightly with fine steel wool and re-seal with lacquer or clear nail polish.

If My Product Was a Gift, How Would I, As the Gift Recipient, Receive Warranty Coverage?

You should request the original receipt or gift receipt from the purchaser. A gift receipt is offered by many retailers. You can register your product and upload your receipt for future reference by visiting Product Registration page.

I Lost My Key to My Luggage. Can I Order a Replacement Key?

Replacement keys are available for purchase; items are subject to availability and orders will include a small shipping fee.

What is Considered a Manufacturing Defect At Hartmann?

If your warranty only covers manufacturing defects, it does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example).
