Please contact the team sales department for all purchase order inquiries. Gift Cards purchased at any of our MonkeySports SuperStore locations may not be redeemed on HockeyMonkey.com. Hockey Monkey is unable to accept multiple payment methods for a single order through their website. If you need to use more than one payment method, consider splitting the items you desire in to separate orders or purchase E-Gift Certificates. Charges drawn on international accounts may be subject to foreign transactions fees; these are not charged by HockeyMonkey.com and may be in addition to the grand total of your order.

HockeyMonkey.com is happy to ship orders to foreign destinations but please keep in mind that due to the restrictions set forth by some manufacturers, Hockey Monkey is unable to ship Bauer and some other items to destinations outside of the United States. This restriction also prohibits the use of parcel forwarding services to destinations outside of the United States. For shipments to Switzerland, please call customer service at (214) 383 8895.

Please be aware that all customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., are the responsibility of the customer. Orders to some countries (including Russia) can only be sent via United States Postal Service.

If the destination address is a PO Box or an APO/FPO, Hockey Monkey will ship your order via USPS since UPS is unable to deliver to those destinations. Hockey Monkey will provide tracking information via email after your order has shipped. Items delivered to a PO Box or an APO/FPO will be delivered in approximately 7 to 10 business days. Final delivery for APO/FPO destinations will be subject to the terms and conditions of the APO/FPO services. Not all items can be shipped via USPS. Some items that are shipped via USPS may be subject to an additional shipping charge. If necessary, HockeyMonkey.com® will contact you before the order is processed.

Standard Shipping is available to all locations within the 48 contiguous United States. Standard Shipping Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. To expedite the shipping process and minimize delays, please ensure that all supplied billing information is correct and that alternate delivery address are on file with your bank or credit card company. The Time-In-Transit map estimates the number of business days required for you to receive your order, this map is for reference only and is not a guarantee. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Hockey Monkey is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and Hockey Monkey does not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed. The merchandise you order may be fulfilled from several locations, which may cause items to arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.
