Can I Include a Photo Or a Video With My Post?

Yes! You can post a photo or a video as part of your post, or alone.

When Can I Expect to See My Post On the IHOP Website?

IHOP will review all comments, photos and videos within 72 hours from when they’re submitted, and if approved by their moderator, will post them accordingly. 

How Long Will My Post Stay Up On the IHOP Website?

IHOP wants their site to be an exciting experience no matter how much you visit it, and invite everyone to share the love by posting. So, IHOP will continuously add new content as it’s approved to keep the site fresh, and take down older posts over time.

Can I Obtain Coupons From the Website Or Through the Mail?

Periodically, IHOP does offer a special coupon and the most common method of delivery is in the glossy coupon inserts in the Sunday newspaper. You can also sign up for IHOP® Restaurant's eClub program, Pancake Revolution®, to receive exclusive offers from your favorite IHOP location.

Are Recipes Available for the Items On the Menu?

IHOP does sincerely appreciate your interest in their menu items; however, IHOP is unable to release recipes.

The IHOP Restaurant Support Center is located at 450 North Brand Blvd., Glendale, California 91203. Phone: (818) 240-6055. The hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. If you have a restaurant-specific issue or question, call the Guest Relations Department at (866) 444-5144.
