Do I Have to Pay Any Other Charges Over & Above My Order Value?

Certain exigencies may require you to pay additional charges over & above your order value. There are several interstate charges like Octroi and certain international charges like custom duties, which if levied, will have to be borne by you. These charges are usually very rare but are not in control. They are not levied on all orders and are occasional in nature. But if you order is stuck with the interstate authorities or custom authorities, you will have to bear these additional charges.

How Long Does It Take to Deliver Gifts?

You can check exact delivery times at each & every product page before placing the order. In general, for regular pincodes, IGP deliver orders within 2-5 business days in India and within 4-7 business days in other countries. Remote locations may require longer delivery times and it may take up to 10-12 business days to deliver orders on remote pincodes.

How Will I Get to Know About the Refund Or the Gift Voucher?

As soon as IGP process your refund or issue you a Gift Voucher, you will receive an email from IGP informing you of the same. After that the refund amount will reflect into your account as per the standard interbank transaction timelines.

What Do I Do If My Payment is Deducted But My Order is Not Placed?

In rare instances when you have made the payment and have not received an order confirmation email within 24hours, please call customer care at +91 22 43433333 throughout the week between 9 am to 7 pm. IGP will help you with the order. IGP will either refund your money or create an order for you, whichever you prefer. In case you are not able to call IGP, please write to IGP at support@igp.com.

What Kind Of Payment Methods Does IGP Accept?

IGP provides a wide variety of payment options ranging from cards to wallets. Below is a complete list of payment options that you can use at IGP: 

  • Credit cards: IGP accepts all credit cards including Visa, Master, Maestro & American Express. IGP also accepts all domestic & international credit cards 
  • Debit cards: IGP accepts all debit cards including Visa, Master & Maestro. IGP also accepts all domestic & international debit cards
  • Internet banking: IGP accept net banking payments for all domestic accounts. IGP does not have net banking facility for international accounts
  • Wallets: IGP is continuously adding more & more wallets as payment options to help customers. IGP accepts payments through all major wallets including PayTM, SBI Buddy, & Mobikwik
  • PayPal: We also accept payment through PayPal

Does IGP Provide a Cash On Delivery(COD) Option?

No, IGP does not provide COD option for a simple reason that the sender of the gift (who buys the gift & is responsible for the payment) is invariably different from the recipient of the gift.

What Date Should I Select When Ordering for Midnight Delivery?

Midnight & fixed time deliveries should be placed 24 hours in advance. If you want to surprise your loved one at 12:01 am on 14th, then you need to select 13th as the delivery date and Midnight delivery as the delivery option.

Can I Send All Kinds Of Gifts Everywhere?

There are several country specific restrictions on the kind of products that can be delivered to those countries. For example, most countries do not allow shipment of liquid products. Australia, in particular, doesn’t allow shipments which contain eatables. Certain countries do not allow shipments which contain wooden products or precious metals. You can check delivery restrictions and the deliverability of the item to your country/pincode at the product page or during checkout.

How Do I Use Gift Vouchers and / Or Discount Codes?

You can use the gift voucher or the discount coupon code at the ‘Order Summary’ section during the checkout process. There is an option to enter the code at the bottom left hand side of this section. You cannot apply both coupon code and gift voucher at the same time. You can use only one thing at a time.

Does IGP Deliver All Products Everywhere?

IGP will deliver products to most of the places in the world, but not everywhere. IGP will deliver to more than 20,000 pincodes in India and to more than 200 countries internationally. IGP will deliver products to all regular pincodes in India and abroad; however, IGP does not deliver products to extremely remote locations. Also, the deliverability of the product depends on the kind of product you are buying. You can enter your pincode or country at the product page or during checkout to check shipping availability & tentative delivery time.

Does IGP Gift Wrap Or Provide Packaging Options?

IGP currently does not provide a gift wrap option. But we provide an option to add a gift box at a nominal charge (the option is available in the shopping cart). IGP currently has over 200 designs of gift boxes in various sizes and shapes to suit different occasions & gift items. Hence, if you decide to add a gift box, rest assured that the recipient will have a delightful experience unboxing your gift.

Will My Gift Look Exactly As It is Seen On the Website?

In case of flowers and cakes, pictures are representative of the composition of the product and in certain cases, the design of the actual product may differ from what is shown on the website. IGP currently have a large vendor base for flowers & cakes across India and while they strive hard to replicate designs on website as far as possible, there might be variations at times, particularly in smaller towns where production equipment & tools are limited. 

All other products are delivered as shown on the website. As most of catalog is made up of unique and designer products, the quantity is always limited. Hence, in case, IGP will run out of the product you ordered, IGP will get in touch with you to help you with a suitable alternative.

Can I Buy In Bulk From IGP?

You cannot place a bulk order at the IGP website directly. However, IGP has a corporate sales & bulk orders team which caters to bespoke and/or large gifting requirements. IGP can help you with bulk orders as small as 50 pieces to as large at 10,000 pieces. Please write to IGP at sales@igp.com and someone from sales team will get in touch with you shortly.

How Can I Buy an Item From IGP?

IGP only takes online orders through its website igp.com. IGP does not take any order on phone or via email and IGP does not have retail outlets. IGP delivers its products worldwide. IGP ships products to around 20,000 pincodes in India and around 200 countries worldwide. Apart from our own delivery network, IGP uses premium courier partners such as DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc for our domestic & international deliveries. IGP can usually delivery domestic orders in 2-5 business days and international orders in 4-7 business days to regular pincodes. It may take up to 10-12 business days to deliver products to remote locations.
