MIS Associates Inc reserves the right to change prices on its products and services at any time, with out notification to the customers. Prices may change when put on sale or when underlying costs, which are not within control, change or for any other reason deemed necessary by management. If a price is increased or decreased, there is no price guarantee in place. The price charged will be the price advertised or shown on website at the time of purchase. No refunds, rebates, or grand fathering of lower prices will be offered.
The only tax Ink Supply.com adds to an invoice is Michigan Sales Tax. If you are not a resident of Michigan, there is no sales tax added to your order.
On Foreign orders Ink Supply.com does not add Duty, VAT or GST to the invoice. This is your responsibility. Each country is different.
On Foreign orders, when using a carrier other than the Post Office there will normally be brokerage fees in addition to the tax and duty. This is your responsibility.
If you would like to return a product for exchange or refund Please contact customer service via email, phone or chat.
Returning a product requires you to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and Return Form from our website. The Return Form can easily be found by logging into your account via the "My Account" link at the top of our site, and selecting "Return Form" next to the order you are returning. RMA numbers are automatically created when the Return Form is printed from your account

Under special circumstances MIS may authorize a return beyond the 60 Day Warranty. The correspondence from MIS must be via Email or E-Support, and requires the product be returned with a postmark date within 10 Business Days of the Email or E-Support Ticket date for return to MIS.
