When Will I Be Charged for My Order?

Since InkJetSuperStore does not think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way, InkjetSuperstore.com will not bill you until your products are actually shipped.

If you have ordered multiple items and they are shipped in different packages, you may see separate charges. In this case, you will only be charged for shipping once and the separate charges will add up to your original total.

Debit cards - InkJetSuperStore does authorize funds from your account as soon as you place an order, which may affect the available funds in debit accounts. With most banks, these authorizations will usually reflect as a "pending" transaction until your order ships and is officially billed.

Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Am I Able to Use Inkjetsuperstore Rewards At Checkout?

Yes, all of rewards program Gift Certificates can be used at checkout for immediate cash discounts towards your purchase of any item at InkJetSuperStore. If your purchase total is higher than the Gift Certificate value, you pay the balance with a credit card or Paypal.

Do My Points Expire?

No. The more points you earn, the more you save! Points earned do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time.

Do I Get Points Every Time I Purchase?

Yes, you get 1 point per dollar spent on online purchases only. PO's and purchases over the phone do not accumulate points. You earn points only on the price of the item and not on the shipping and handling charges.
