Items purchased at a US store selling ITALEAU merchandise may be returned to ITALEAU either for an exchange of the same style or for a store credit only. The amount of the store credit will be the purchase amount of the item excluding sales taxes. Return requirements for items purchased at other locations are the same as for items purchased at italeau.com. Customers are required to pay for return shipping. Proof of purchase is required.
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return shipping is FREE for domestic return addresses only. If you’d like to return your purchase, just follow easy return instructions and Italeau will send you a prepaid shipping label that you can use to return your full priced item(s).
Worn or damaged merchandise is not acceptable for return. All items being returned must be in their original new condition and packaging. ITALEAU reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy standards.
Non-refundable fees: Italeau offers free Ground shipping for any orders shipping to US addresses. If you chose to pay for expedited shipping when you placed your order, expedited shipping fees and handling fees are non-refundable.
Payment for your ITALEAU purchase can be made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Your order will ship from our distribution center in New Jersey. Barring delays due to weather or unforeseen events, our typical ground shipping transit time in the number of business days are as follows:

Italeau does not currently ship outside the USA.
As a California-based business with a warehouse in New Jersey, we must charge applicable sales tax for merchandise shipped within the state of California or New Jersey.
For your protection, we require a receiving signature for any package over $300. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
