If you don’t like the item you have ordered or it doesn’t fit, you can send it back to us using the enclosed return slip or return it to one of JACK WOLFSKIN stores. To return items in-store, please use the enclosed return slip and shipping label and ask one of in-store staff to assist you. 

PLEASE NOTE: JACK WOLFSKIN cannot issue any refunds in JACK WOLFSKIN stores. If you have already paid for your order online, your money will be refunded as soon as possible after JACK WOLFSKIN has received and checked your return at logistics center. You will be refunded using the same payment method used when placing your order online.

You can of course return items ordered online to one of JACK WOLFSKIN stores. To return items in-store, please use the enclosed return slip and shipping label and ask one of our in-store staff to assist you. Find your nearest JACK WOLFSKIN store using store finder. Please keep your delivery slip until you have received confirmation of your return from Jack Wolfskin UK via email.

You will receive confirmation of dispatch via email, and your order will generally be ready to pick up in-store three working days later. You can also confirm that your item has been successfully delivered using the delivery tracking link in the confirmation of dispatch email. Your purchase will be available for collection in-store for ten calendar days. If you do not collect your order within this time, it will be sent back to returns department.

Place your order in online shop and select your saved “myStore” or a store in your area from the store finder (under “Deliver to a JACK WOLFSKIN store”) as the delivery address. By selecting this option, you will automatically avoid delivery costs.

The delivery time is usually 4–5 working days for goods in stock. For deliveries to islands and remote areas please allow additional time. Jack Wolfskin UK will inform you immediately of any delays in delivery.

The delivery can be made directly to your home address via UPS or Parcelforce.

The postage and packaging charge for deliveries to the UK is £3.95 for online orders. For orders over £ 75.00, we deliver free of charge.

Direct payment via Online Bank Transfer allows you to make a wire transfer of the respective amount during the order process using your online banking account - easy, quick and secure – without registration. The Jack Wolfskin online shop can process and deliver your order faster thanks to our real-time transaction notification.

For quick and easy payment, you can also pay via PayPal on the JACK WOLFSKIN online shop. If you select the PayPal payment option, you will be automatically taken to your PayPal page after clicking “Continue”. There, you can pay using your email address and your password. Your PayPal account will be immediately debited with the relevant purchase amount.
