What Do I Do If I've Received a Wrong Item?

You may place a new order on our website and return the wrong item using the instructions on the back of the packing slip. Or call Jessica London toll-free at (800) 781-9172. Jessica London will issue a credit to the original credit card for the wrong item and charge your card for the correct item when it's shipped.

Has My Exchange Been Processed?

All exchanges are processed as new orders, which will show as an exchange on your order status. Check the status of your exchange online now! Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you return your package for it to appear online.

What Payment Methods Does Jessica London Accept?

Method of payment will vary depending on country. Accepted method of payments will display on the Order Review and Payment Page. Other options such as deferred billing, gift cards and e-gift cards available in the United States are not available for international orders.

Why Don't All My Orders Have a Tracking Link?

Whenever possible Jessica London will provide tracking links so that you may track your order's progress on-line. Unfortunately, Jessica London is not able to provide tracking links or information for any package that is shipped using USPS Priority Mail as this information is not provided to Jessica London. When this is the case, please rest assured knowing that your package will arrive within the quoted timeframe on your order confirmation.

How Do I Return an Item Via Another Carrier?

Please use your original packaging, enclosing the invoice with the item, and return to the address listed on the front of your invoice. Packages can be mailed using your carrier of choice.

Jessica London uses both FedEx and USPS to deliver merchandise to you. In the event that you need to return merchandise, please check your invoice for the return address and instructions, as they may vary by product.
