What's the Payment Options Of Journeys?

Journeys accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. 

When placing an order with a credit card, Journeys must be able to verify the billing and shipping addresses with your credit card company. 

If for any reason Journeys is unsuccessful, your order will be canceled and you will be notified by email. 

Journeys also accepts Journeys gift cards in addition to Visa, MasterCard and American Express gift cards. They DO NOT accept Cash, C.O.D. orders, or any gift card not mentioned above, including mall gift cards.

How to Purchase a Gift Card At Journeys?

Journeys offers Physical and Virtual gift cards.

You may redeem your gift card online, in stores, or by contacting customer service. They can also be used for catalog purchases. Gift cards are available in any amount up to $250. 

Physical and Virtual gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to credit card balances. No variance from these terms will be allowed except in such states that require redemption for cash. Physical and Virtual gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. 

How to Track My Order Of Journeys?

Once you submit your order online or over the phone, Journeys will issue you an order number. When your order is shipped, Journeys will email you a confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.

Use your order number and zip code to use Journeys' online order tracking.

If you order has shipped, click on the Tracking Number to sign up for text updates about your delivery!

What Should I Do If I Received a Return/exchange Form With My Package?

If you received a Return/Exchange form with your package: 

  1. Please fill out the form completely and include it with your return/exchange package. 
  2. Exchanges are free! For items returned for a refund, $7.95 will be deducted from the refund amount for use of label provided by Journeys. Shipping charges are not refundable. 
  3. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your refund or exchanged merchandise.

What's the Information Of Clearance Returns & Exchanges

Journeys allows all clearance merchandise in new condition, with original packaging and original receipt, to be returned or exchanged within 365 days of purchase with original receipt. You can return the item to a Journeys retail location or send it back to Journeys at the warehouse. Some exclusions may apply. Shipping charges are also excluded.

Does Journeys Offer International Shipping?

At this time, Journeys.com does not ship internationally. For shipping to Canada, please visit Journeys.ca.

How to Return Online Order to a Store?

Online orders can be returned or exchanged at any Journeys retail store! 

Journeys allows all merchandise in new condition, with original packaging and original receipt, to be returned for a full refund or exchange within 365 days of purchase. Shipping charges are also excluded.

What Should I Do If I Want to Cancel Or Change an Order?

Once an order has been submitted, Journeys begins processing it immediately. Changes or cancellations to any order submitted on Journeys.com are not possible once it has been submitted. 

Since they are unable to make any changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted, please wait to receive the merchandise, and then follow the return or exchange instructions on the reverse side of your invoice. Journeys will issue a credit to your account in the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping charges. Shipping is free on all exchanges. 

You may also take your order (excluding web only merchandise) into your local Journeys store for a refund or an exchange. Use the return invoice that came with the order. Make sure to fill out the return invoice with the item you wish to receive in exchange.
