JustFab accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You may also pay using the VisaCheckout option. JustFab does not accept PayPal, Money Orders, or personal checks.
Return shipping is always on us and you're welcome to exchange for another style, or opt for store credit. Due to JustFab's fabulous pricing, JustFab is required to charge a $5.95 restocking fee for all items returned for a refund.
Once your return has been processed by wareshouse, you will receive an email regarding your credit or refund.Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect back on to your account. Some financial institutions may release holds sooner or take longer depending on their policies. For any additional questions about time length of holds, please feel free to contact your bank.
JustFab uses FedEx via USPS. FedEx will pick up your order from our warehouse, and then transfer it to USPS for final delivery. You can track your order's progress using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
To print out your pre-paid return label, go to My Account Order History and click on the return link on the order details to request a return label. Once that's done a label will be emailed to you, for you to print out and place on your return box.

Each month, you'll receive a new boutique with styles handpicked just for you by a personal stylist. Just log in any time between the 1st and the 5th of the month to check out the latest styles and if you decide not to shop, you can "Skip the Month." If you don't shop or "Skip the Month" by the 5th of each month, your credit card will be charged $39.95 on the 6th for a member credit until you cancel.

You may cancel your JustFab VIP Membership at any time. There is absolutely no cancellation fee. If you would like to continue receiving selections, then just skip the month by clicking Skip This Month in your Boutique between the 1st and the 5th of the month. You won't be charged and a member credit will not be generated for you. If you no longer want to skip the month, and wish to still cancel, then call, or chat online, with JustFab'S Fashion Consultants at 1-866-337-0906 24 hours, 7 days a week to cancel your VIP Membership.
Simply visit your online Boutique (desktop) or My Account (mobile) between the 1st and the 5th of the month and select the Skip This Month option. You won't be charged and no member credit will be generated for you. If you have a change of heart and would like to make a purchase later, you can visit your Boutique at any time and make a selection even after you've skipped the month. You can only skip the month by visiting your Boutique or My Account; at this time, customers are not able to skip the month via voicemail or email.
