When Will I Receive Credit for a Return?
Once Kaufmann-Mercantile has received your return, it may take a few business days to process and credit your account. If you have any questions or concerns about the return process, contact support@kaufmann-mercantile.com.
I Received a Damaged Item. What Do I Do?
If an item arrives in less than perfect condition, please notify Kaufmann-Mercantile by contacting support@kaufmann-mercantile.com. Kaufmann-Mercantile will do all they can to remedy the situation. Given the limited quantities of many of our products, a replacement may not always be possible.
Is There a Fee for Returns?
No. When an eligible item is returned, your card will be credited for the purchase price plus any applicable sales taxes. You will not be refunded for initial shipping costs, but no additional shipping fees will be assessed.
Can I Exchange an Item At Kaufmann-Mercantile?
Given the limited quantities of our specialty products, the best way to exchange an item is to place a separate order for the new item and contact Kaufmann-Mercantile for a return of the original item. Kaufmann-Mercantile will do their best to assist you with this process.
