I Want to Return My Package, How to Do?

A return slip is provided in your order!
You can then return the product or products that do not suit you.

You have a period of 14 days to send the product (s) to the following address:

As well as the form of retraction by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt at the following address:

Return costs are your responsibility.

Upon receipt of the product or products, you will be according to the payment method you have used, within a maximum period of 14 days after returning the withdrawal form and products.

ATTENTION
The refund of the product will be done provided that it is complete, not used, in its intact packaging and its packing of origin, accompanied by the good of return and the invoice.

How Soon Can I Return My Order?

You have a cooling off period of 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product (s) ordered (s), without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties.

Beyond 14 days, the order is final and no refund will be able to intervene.

Delivery Of My Order is Late, What to Do?

L'Oréal Paris ensures that your products are delivered in the shortest time possible. Nevertheless, it can happen that the delivery is abnormally long.

The maximum delivery time is 30 days. If your delivery has not been delivered after 30 days, let L'Oréal Paris know by email.

If the order is found, it will be redirected to you. Otherwise, a new order will be prepared or your order will be refunded according to your choice.

I Was Absent When I Delivered My Order, What Do I Do?

In case of absence at the time of delivery of your order, rest assured a notice will be placed in your mailbox. Thus, you will be able to contact the carrier again and choose a new delivery date.

If you do not contact the carrier again, it will perform two new delivery tests at dates and times it has determined.

The parcel is kept by the carrier for a period of 10 days. If the carrier fails to deliver the order, it will be returned to L'Oreal Paris and you will be refunded the amount incurred at the time of purchase.
