What is the 30-day Return Policy Of Life and Home?

The goal is that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original receipt/email confirmation within 30 days from the date of delivery. 

  • Please examine the outer box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any signs of Wrong Item(s) Shipped/Defective/Damaged Item(s). 
  • For claims, please e-mail Life and Home at [email protected] so that Life and Home can initiate the process. All claims must be initiated within 5 business days of delivery. 
  • Defective/damaged merchandise can ONLY be replaced.
  • Products must be in new condition in order to receive a refund.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Life and Home will charge 10% restocking on power tools only! 
  • Seasonal item cannot be returned.

What is the Product Warranty Of Life and Home?

Products come with a manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. For warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer's authorized warranty service station closest to you. This information is available either with the material shipped with the product, or from the manufacturer directly.

What is the Split Shipments?

Due to varying item availability and warehouse locations, your items may be shipped separately when you place an order for multiple items. Life and Home will not charge you extra for split shipments.

Does Life and Home Offer Free Shipping?

"FREE SHIPPING" ONLY applies to select products and will only be shipped via Ground within the contiguous US ONLY. Alaska, Hawaii, APO, and PO Box will not apply for FREE SHIPPING. Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped Air or USPS. PO Box and APO must ship via USPS and additional charges might apply.

How to Cancel My Order At Lifeandhome.com

You may be able to cancel your order before it is released to the warehouse for processing. However, once an order is released to the warehouse for processing, it can no longer be canceled. Normally this occurs within 24 hours, but at times it can take into effect sooner. If a cancellation is needed, please contact customer service immediately and we will try their best to accommodate your request.

How to Change My Order At Lifeandhome.com?

Once your order is placed, Life and Home can only make changes to it before it enters the processing system. This is usually occurs within one hour of placing an order. If a change to an order is needed, please contact customer service immediately and Life and Home will try their best to accommodate your request.

What is the Order Notification and Confirmation Policy?

All orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an order confirmation of price (including shipping and taxes) by email, within one business day. This is usually followed by a shipping notification when the item is shipped. For most orders, the shipping notification includes ship date, carrier and tracking number (if applicable).
