Invoice issued for deliveries to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands are tax free. All fees and associated taxes paid by the puchaser in accordance with the statutory provisions. The amount of taxes and customs duties must be paid in cash upon receipt of shipment.
Just select the items you want to buy, pick your size and add them to the shopping cart, clicking on the icon. You can add as many items as you like. The shopping cart will contain the reference numbers of the selected items, as well as the name, size, colour and the total price (taxes included).
You will be asked to provide personal data on the order form, which Lodi will add to our database. This information is needed to process the order and will also make ordering quicker and easier next time you shop at LODI. You will also be able to access your personal information and details of all your orders. Remember that your personal data must be accurate to prevent incidents and problems when delivering your order.
After filling out the purchase form, and before sending the order, you will be shown a summary of all the articles you ordered, the total price (including transport and tax) and delivery information. Then confirm the order by clicking on ‘Checkout’.
Once your order is accepted, you will be sent a confirmation email to inform you that your purchase has been completed, then another to confirm that your order has been dispatched. This email will contain the tracking number of your order, which lets you know the status of your order at any time.
Scratches and scuff marks tend to occur due to improper use of your shoes. Scuffs can happen when you are driving or your heel goes into a hole in the pavement, etc. Lodi always uses the highest-quality leather that is carefully selected for manufacturing and crafting our shoes and handbags. However, as Lodi uses all natural leather, there may be slight differences in tone, which is absolutely normal for natural and transparent finishes.
Because it is a natural material, leather tends to get stained when it comes into contact with liquid such as oil, fats, etc., either when trying to clean them or by accident or if a corrosive liquid is spilled on the shoe.
Always clean your LODI goods with suitable products for cleaning high-quality natural leather footwear manufactured, namely, natural and colourless polish. Then using a clean chamois or brush, rub the shoe with polish to achieve the desired effect.
Delivery generally takes 24-48 hours (working days) if the delivery address is in the Peninsula or Balearic Islands. Orders placed from Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla, delivery takes 4-8 working days. Delivery to European countries will take 2-5 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as product availability and where you live. In exceptional cases, the delivery times may be longer due to unexpected incidents with the transport carrier or difficulties in delivering the merchandise. LODI is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customer clearance.
If you do not received your order within this period, please contact the Customer Service Department.
If you are not fully satisfied with any of the items in your order, LODI will allow you exchange or return them within fifteen days from the reception date, provided that the article has not been used or damaged. To exchange one item for another, you should first return the item and receive a refund and then buy the item you want. All items must be returned in their original packaging and with the original packing list inside the box. After Lodi receives the product, Lodi will check that it is in good condition and then Lodi will send the new goods, if you have asked to exchange them. If you requested a refund, you will receive the money in the next 15 days.
Lodi doesn't accept returns of the evening bags and clutches.
You can pay by credit or debit card or via PayPal. For card payments, you will be charged in real time, through the financial entity’s payment platform, after verifying that all data are correct.
After the transaction is confirmed, the website will advise you of the order number so that you can track the status of your order at any time from your computer.
