The care you can lavish on a small batch is just that much greater. And it shows. One consequence of this policy is that occasionally Macy's Wine Cellar runs out of the wines Macy's Wine Cellar writes to you about. If Macy's Wine Cellar does run out, Macy's Wine Cellar chooses (with great care) an alternative, always of equal or greater value, and as close as possible in style to the wine offered.
Since the signature of an adult 21 or older is required by law to receive a wine package, many of Macy's Wine Cellar's customers have their wine shipments sent to their workplace. If you have ordered from Macy's Wine Cellar before but not through the website, you will need to set up an online account. It only takes a few moments and allows you to view the status of your orders, manage your quarterly wine club cases and rate the wines you’ve received.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery is $19.99 for your first case (up to 15 bottles) and $14.99 for any additional cases purchased within the same order.
Similarly – and unless otherwise stated – delivery for wine accessories (glassware etc.) is $19.99 for your first item and $14.99 for subsequent items within the same order.
For Unlimited members, delivery is FREE on all orders of 12 or more bottles and all wine accessories.
