Small items Made with Love & Sparkle send are usually are done so via first class Royal Mail, which is not insured. Delays in the postal service is not unknown. When v use a Courier service (Hermes/UPS etc.) the items are insured until it reaches your address. Some items may need a signature upon arrival depending on the item.
