After you receive a notification from us that your return has been received, please allow 48 hours for the return to be processed. Once your refund or exchange has been actioned, you'll receive another email to let you know either your money or your replacement is on its way to you.
It's very unlikely that this would happen, but please keep your receipt as proof that you have returned your items to us. As MandM Direct cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing you'll need your receipt to be able to claim for your missing parcel from the courier.

If you've placed your order with standard delivery service you may be asked by our couriers to sign for your delivery. If you've placed your order with our next day delivery service, you will be asked to sign for your delivery.
You'll receive an email including your tracking information for your order as soon as it's been dispatched. MandM Direct'll also send you email updates throughout the delivery process, so you know where your parcel is.
In order to be more environmentally friendly, your dispatch note which includes order and returns information, as well as any pre-paid returns labels will now be emailed to you instead of being in your parcel.
