In the credit approval process Masseys will evaluate your credit using several methods, some of which include a report from one of the credit bureaus and others from their own internal data. If your order exceeds preapproval qualifications a down payment may be requested on your order.

Most orders ship within 24 hours after credit approval and order processing. Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days after credit approval and order processing. Items shipped Priority should reach you within 3-4 business after credit approval and order processing. Items shipped Express should reach you within 2 business days after credit approval and order processing.

Because the order is still in the credit approval system Masseys is not able to make any changes to that order. If you would like, Masseys can cancel this order and place a new one for you. Just remember that if you have not received the down payment letter from Masseys you will be receiving shortly, and can dispose of it. If you do not send in the down payment letter the order will not be released. You may be required to make a down payment on the new order as well. If that is the case, a new letter will be sent to you and will contain the new order number and down payment amount.
