Is possible to request an exchange of your order by filling the Return procedure form on your Profile Page selecting the option “Change”. This will depend on availability of stock of the product in the requested size/colour.

MCLABELS.COM reserves the right not to accept products without Authenticity Card and other original labels. MCLABELS will recommend to try on the item before to remove any label. Moreover articles returned in different conditions from the ones certified by MCLABELS.COM before shipment, will not be accepted.

At this moment MCLABELS does not deliver to PO Boxes due to courier restrictions.

The customer will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of the shipment as soon as the package will be picked up from our warehouse by DHL.Thanks to this number it is possible to track your delivery status at any time by inserting the tracking number on the courier website (http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html).

Your order is covered by the courier basic insurance which does not cover the total amount of the order.

Your package will be shipped the same day that MCLABELS receive your payment. You will receive an email with your package's tracking number. MCLABELS will remind you to indicate in the reason for payment the order number to facilitate the identification and speed up the shipment.

The sum total of your order will be charged to your credit card as soon as you place an order on MCLABELS.COM. If you cancel your order before it ships, your credit card will be charged back within 24/48h. Please keep into consideration the bank’ elaboration time needed to process the request.

To cancel an order before it has been dispatched you need to contact Customer Care by writing to support@mclabels.com with in the object: “ORDER CANCELLATION - ORDER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER”. MCLABELS.COM can ship a single order only to one address. If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request an address replacement by contacting MCLABELS at the email support@mclabels.com. It is not possible to change addresses to a different Country.

MCLABELS offers an exclusive range of designer products, which means that the quantities of each piece are very limited. Even if the website stock is constantly synchronized, a simultaneous order of the same item might occur and our stock information may be temporarily inaccurate.
