What is the Shipping Details Of Miss Mary Of Sweden?

Miss Mary offers the following delivery alternatives: 

  • Delivery by post – You pay just $5.99 to have your order sent to your home by mail. Delivery takes place within 3 weeks after we have confirmed your order. Miss Mary of Sweden will send your order by First Class service and it will generally be delivered with your normal post. In the case of parcels that cannot be placed in your mailbox, you will receive notification that the parcel is available for collection at a collection point 
  • Express delivery – If you want your order delivered quickly, Miss Mary of Sweden can offer express delivery using DHL at a cost of $16.90. The parcel is delivered to your home address via a DHL courier within two days of confirmation of your order.

Do I Have the Right to Cancel a Purchase, Returns and Replacements?

By law, you have 14 days during which you have the right to cancel a purchase. At Miss Mary you always have 100 days during which you have the right to cancel a purchase and the right to return the goods. In the case of replacement or return, send the goods in the same condition that they arrived. Always complete the enclosed return slip. The goods can be returned in the same bag in which they were delivered. Do not forget to pay the postage. If you wish to cancel your purchase or if you wish to make a change, you are responsible for the return freight. The right to return goods or replace goods naturally does not apply if the goods have been used. 

If the goods are faulty or have been sent incorrectly, Miss Mary of Sweden is responsible for the cost of the return freight. In that case contact Customer Service Department for further instructions. In the case of a return, Miss Mary of Sweden will refund your money within 14 days of being notified of the return, although not until the goods have been received and checked by them. 

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Can I Use Some Discounts and Offers for My Orders?

Miss Mary sometimes has different discounts and offers as part of its marketing. If you have a discount code, you must enter the code in the discount code box. When you place an order with Miss Mary, an agreement is entered into when Miss Mary confirms that your order has been packed and is ready for delivery. A copy of this order confirmation is then sent to the customer by e-mail. It is their ambition to confirm your order as soon as possible. If you place an order on a weekend or a public holiday, Miss Mary of Sweden's aim is that your order will be processed before 6pm on the next ordinary working day.
