Does Naylors Accept International Returns?
No. Naylors' returns policy is different for orders shipped internationally. Shipping charges will not be refunded for unwanted goods.
Will I Be Charged for Taxes, Fees and Levies?
Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to your local legislation. Recipients of deliveries made outside the UK may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the goods reach the destination country and these charges are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately Naylors has no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
In addition, some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. You are responsible for determining whether there are any restrictions on delivery of our products to your selected destination. You can contact your local customs office for assistance regarding these matters.
Delivery may be delayed by local customs because of this but unfortunately this is out of our control.

Does Naylors Accept Exchanges?
If you require a different item, simply follow the returns process above to obtain a refund and place a new order for the item you require. Naylors can't directly swap one item for another. Naylors is very fast at processing refunds for unwanted items and most returned items are processed on the same day that they receive them or on the next working day.
Naylors would be more than happy to place your new order for you over the telephone at the same time as arranging your convenient returns service.
Naylors believes this is the best way of working because the order for your new item flows through all of our systems efficiently and means that we can service your needs quickly and effectively. Furthermore, if you choose to place your new order before receiving a refund for your returned item then you will receive your new item faster and will be able to secure the stock before it sells out.
