What Happens If I Buy Something and Don't Like It?

PoolDawg knows that sometimes it's hard to know if you'll like a product before you actually have it in your hands. That's why PoolDawg has 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you get your order and you don't like it, just give PoolDawg a call at 866-843-3294 and PoolDawg will set up an easy return for an exchange or refund.  So when you get your new pool cue, take it for a test drive, chalk it up and see how it hits.

How Long is It Going to Take Me to Get My Stuff?

It depends on what you buy, where you're located and what shipping option you choose. Most of the products PoolDawg carries ship within 1 business day and if you get your order in before 1PM MST (and it doesn't have any customization or labor) PoolDawg usually can get it shipped out that same day. PoolDawg offers both UPS and USPS shipping options for your convenience and if your order is over $99 (and you live in the lower 48 United States), the shipping is free. Really, there's too much to explain in a short paragraph, so if you need more information, just head over to shipping page or call PoolDawg at 866-843-3294.

What Exactly Is PoolDawg?

Back in 2003 we decided that there should be a supremely awesome place to buy pool cues and billiard supplies.  PoolDawg also decided that the people who work at that place should be equally awesome.  So, PoolDawg talked to a bunch of guys who make billiards equipment, built a website and PoolDawg was born.  PoolDawg also decided that PoolDawg couldn't call the company PoolDawg without having a mascot.  Since PoolDawg's fearless leader is a huge fan of the Travelocity Roaming Gnome, PoolDawg decided that Frank T. Dawg (our mascot) would be a shameless ripoff homage to that delightful little guy.
