The status of your order is supplied by quiksilver.com. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from warehouse. To find the status of your order:

If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call Customer Service Department immediately at 800-435-9917. It is important that you contact Quiksilver before returning the item, so that Quiksilver may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact Quiksilver, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Before you call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.
This return policy applies to products purchased from Quiksilver, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Quiksilver”) under its “Quiksilver,” “Roxy,” and “DC” brands (collectively, the “Brands”).
Quiksilver provides refunds for purchases made at Quiksilver company owned retail and outlet stores (“Company Retail Stores”) and on the Brands’ official e-commerce sites as set forth more fully herein. Pursuant to the terms set forth below, Quiksilver will provide refunds to customers who return products via U.S. Mail unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached within 30 days from the date of an online purchase at a Brand’s official e-commerce site.
E-commerce purchases can be returned via U.S. Mail or at Quiksilver Company-Owned Retail Stores listed on our e-commerce sites (excludes authorized Quiksilver dealers and authorized dealer locations).
During checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method).
Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.)
