International orders will be shipped via ups ground, with a standard shipping fee of $50 on each order. Pre-payment of duties and taxes is not available. Shipments will be sent on a delivered duty unpaid basis, and you will be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order. For your convenience, a free prepaid shipping label is included in all orders within the united states. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase. Ramy Brook kindly ask that you do not send your return using a personal shipping label as this delays the return process. Merchandise must be returned with their original packaging, all original tags attached, unused, unworn, and in an unaltered condition. A copy of your invoice and return reason must be enclosed in the return package. Ramy brook reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria. In such instances, Ramy brook will send the product(s) back at the customer’s expense.
