How to Track My RcMoment Order?

You can follow your order during its delivery process, or after it has left warehouses. 

  • Processing: You can check the status in "My Orders" page in your www.rcmoment.com account.
  • Shipped: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an reminder email from RcMoment with the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order at. Please note tracking information is also available in your Order Details page.

Please note for orders under $30 value, the standard shipping opinion will not has a tracking code. In this case please refer to the Estimated Delivery Time section for your order delivery time.

Can I Know the Details Of Shipping Cost?

You can see more of your order details and delivery information in your account at www.rcmoment.com. You should firstly register an account at the website. If products were marked as "free shipping", then you will not need to pay any shipping costs. For products without "free shipping", you need to use the online system to generate a shipping fee for your order. Please put the total number of items in your shopping cart and then click the Check Out page, finally you can find shipping fees for different shipping services.

What Do I Do If My Payment Page Had an Error?

If the payment page displays an error, please kindly try to reorder. If the issue cannot be solved, please contact Customer Service by email to service@rcmoment.com.

What is Refund Policy Of RcMoment?

Please firstly contact customer service via email service@rcmoment.com. Please mark order number, phone number and "Return" on the package, and let RcMoment know the tracking number when you send it out. For refund RcMoment will send back your money to your bank normally within 10 working days upon RcMoment confirmed your refund request. Please contact your bank for your order refund follow-up.

How to Return Items to RcMoment?

Step 1: Please firstly contact customer service via email service@rcmoment.com. 

Step 2: Please mark the order number, your phone number and write dwon "Return" on the package. You should also let RcMoment know the tracking number after you have sent it out.

Step 3: RcMoment will send back your money to your bank within 10 working days upon they have confirmed your refund request. Please contact your bank for your order refund follow-ups.

What is RcMoment's Free Warranty Service

RcMoment will provide free warranty service to consuemrs within product warranty period if the product meet Free Warranty Service requirements. In this case consumers are no need to pay any types of maintenance fees such as testing fee, replacement fees or item(s) send-back fees. Consumers should send back their broken items to RcMoment. Once received the item(s) professional tech. team will check item(s) carefully to ensure specific conditions. Please note different products at RcMoment.com may have different warranty periods. Please check with your order details during purchasing.

How Can I Cancel My RcMoment Order?

  1. If the order payment status is “Pending”, you can contact RcMoment to help you to change it to “Cancelled”
  2. If the order has already been paid but has not been shipped out yet, you can contact RcMoment to cancel the order to get a full refund.
  3. If the order has already been sent out, RcMoment can not help you to cancel the order. You may choose to send back the unopened products after you've received them, and RcMoment will refund the money upon receipt of the returnning item(s).

Why My Orders are Still In Process a Few Days After the Order Has Been Completed?

If your order is still in process 48 hours after payment, it means that some items in your order are out of stock. RcMoment usually need 2-5 days to restock these items. If you still have concerns about your order, please contact RcMoment by service@rcmoment.com.

Why My Order Was Partially Shipped?

Main reasons are: 

  1. The items are overweight so need to be shipped in different packages.
  2. The item is out of production or stock for a long time. In this case RcMoment may firstly ship the rest to you, and send you an reminder email. Please check your email and let RcMoment know your decisions for replacment or refund.
