Once your return is received and inspected, Redmagic will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Redmagic will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Redmagic's policy lasts 15 calendar days. If 15 days have gone after you received it, unfortunately Redmagic can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, Redmagic will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment. Orders made during promotional periods and special events, may have longer shipping times, at the discretion of Red Magic. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance separately.
All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage.

Red Magic will keep you updated on your order status via email. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have reached.
Prices and currencies displayed at checkout are final. Red Magic does not charge extra transaction fees. If you are paying for your order with an international credit or debit card, the price displayed in your card statement may vary in accordance with exchange rates. Your bank or card issuer may also charge additional foreign conversion charges and fees, which may increase the overall cost of your purchase.
