Why Isn’t My Rotita Promo Code Working?

What Payment Methods Does Rotita Has? And Does Rotita Accept the Cash?
Rotita accepts PayPal and Credit card at the moment. Rotita doesn’t accept the cash on delivery.
Is the Shipping Free and What Shipping Methods Does Rotita Has?
Rotita offers free shipping by Flat rate shipping. And there is shipping fee for expedited shipping and standard shipping.
How Long Does It Take for My Rotita Order to Ship?
When you place an order with Rotita they will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 1-4 business days for your order (while some items may need 6-9 business days). Rotita will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected. Processing time is displayed on the product detail page and the shipping time doesn’t include the processing time. The shipping time is decided by the shipping method you choose and the distance of your destination.
When Will I Get the Refund?
- The refund will be issued within 7 business days upon the receipt by warehouse and verified the conditions of the items.
- It normally takes one business day for the refund to appear on your Rotita wallet. The balance in your wallet could either be applied to your future purchases or withdrawn to your PayPal/bank account at any time.
- It normally takes 10-20 business days which depends on your financial institution for the refund to appear on your credit/debit card. Or 1-3 working days in PayPal (normally in 48 hours ), that depends on the original way you used.
What is the RMA Number Of Rotita?
It is Return Merchandise Authorization. Rotita will send it with the return address in the return ticket. And when you drop the return package to the post office, you need put it on the return package.
Do I Need to Pay for the Shipping Fee Back At Rotita?
Yes, the customers need to pay the return shipping. Rotita does not accept packages returned using C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. And please return through your local post office to avoid tax.
Could I Get the Full Refund If I Return the Order to Rotita?
Rotita will offer full refund on all items that have been returned. Coupon codes and Rotita points cannot be refunded as monetary value and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
And please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
