Does shopDisney Charge for Sales Tax and Estimated Tax?

shopDisney.com will charge applicable sales tax on all purchases. 

Estimated Tax: When you place your order online, shopDisney estimates the tax and include that estimate in the Total in your Order Summary for your convenience. The actual sales tax amount that will be applied to your order is based on sales calculations on the date of shipment, regardless of when the order was placed. The total amount charged to your credit card, gift card or other method of payment, will be listed on your packing slip.

How to Prepare My Return?

  • Make a copy of the packing slip for your records. 
  • Use the original packaging or strong corrugated carton.
  • To expedite your return/exchange, insert the packing slip. Keep the return label for use on the outside of the package.
  • If your exchange order requires additional payment, please contact Guest Services.
  • Money orders, cashiers' checks or personal checks will not be accepted. If received, the order will be returned to you with a letter of explanation.
  • Pack and tape your package securely.
  • Affix the return shipping label to the package.
  • For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We cannot accept C.O.D.)

What is the Returns and Exchanges Policy Of shopDisney?

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for items purchased at Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort, World of Disney® locations, Disney Cruise Line® Ships, Disney's Soda Fountain Shop in Hollywood, California and Disney Baby locations. 

shopDisney.com will gladly exchange, credit or refund the purchase directly from shopDisney.com if returned within 30 days of the shipping date, unless otherwise stated herein. 

Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn. 

Who Pays for Duties and Taxes?

The prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping a gift item to a destination outside the U.S.

How Much Does the International Shipping?

The cost to ship internationally varies and depends on the size and destination of the shipment. Your total shipping charges (US dollars) will appear during the Checkout process, before payment is entered. What is the Shipping & Handling Charges?

Order value is equal to the subtotal of all items ordered, plus Gift Wrap, Gift Box, and Personalization charges, but excludes Gift Cards. 

Express Delivery is not available for deliveries to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico, remote or rural areas, and international addresses. 

NOTE: $15.00 will be added to the Express Delivery charges above for each additional shipping address requested with Express Delivery to AK or HI.

What is the Information Of Shipping & Delivery?

Most items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 4-5 business days. Most personalized items will arrive within 6-7 business days. Some items, including customized items and items shipped from locations other than the warehouse, may take longer. These windows may be extended during peak periods. Please check individual product pages for specific delivery schedules. 

Want it in a hurry? Next Day and 2-Day Express Delivery options are available for an extra charge, subject to availability. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for personalized express orders to ship. Depending on when you place your order, your tracking number may take one business day to become active. Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If this occurs, please utilize the Return/Exchange process outlined on your packing slip or contact Guest Services for support.
