Where Can I Find Replacement Insoles?

Skechers' shoes fit any standard insoles you can find at your local merchants, such as sporting goods or retail stores, that carry shoe accessories. Skechers does not sell or stock replacement insoles at this time and apologize for the inconvenience.

Does Skechers Sell Or Provide Replacement Shoelaces?

Skechers is sorry for the inconvenience, however, they do not sell or stock replacement laces at this time. Skechers' shoes fit any standard laces you can find at your local merchants, such as sporting goods or retail stores, that carry shoe accessories.

Can I Still Return My Order After the 45 Day Policy for a Store Credit?

If you would like to return an item for any reason after the 45 day return time frame has passed, you may still send the item back to Skechers for a store credit (eGift Card), please note you will need to cover the shipping cost for a return outside of the 45 day policy.

If you are requesting an exchange, Skechers may not have the requested style in stock at the time your return is received. Skechers will issue a gift card to you via email and you can place a new order on SKECHERS.com or visit any SKECHERS company owned retail location. 

Please note Skechers will not except returns of excessively worn or damaged items.  

How Do I Print My Free Return Shipping Label?

To initiate a return and print your free return shipping label please go to "Order Status" which is located at the top right hand side of the homepage on SKECHERS.com. Enter your order number and the email address associated with your order and select "Check Status." If your order is still within the 45 day (60 day for the Holidays) return period you will see "Return Label" next to the image of each item in your order. Select "Return Label" for each item you would like to return. A new page will generate the label, please print out each form to include in your return shipment.

Please note: only one label is needed to return multiple items. You can include all items in one box and use one of the shipping labels. Next drop off the package at any UPS location. Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be completed once it's received at our facility. You will receive an automatic email once the refund or merchandise credit has been issued.

Can I Use a Prepaid Credit Card to Place My Order?

Skechers does accept prepaid credit cards, however, they recommend using a credit card with a credit line, a debit card that is linked to a financial institution, or your PayPal account for the most efficient shopping experience.

If you decide to use your prepaid credit card please read the conditions of the card before using it on SKECHERS.com. Please make sure the value on the card can cover the entire order total. If the amount on your card is less than the order total amount the transaction will fail when Skechers attempt to charge the card. 

For example; if your order total is $68.00 but the prepaid card has $50.00 on it, the transaction will only be partially approved for $50.00 and the order will fail. The partial charge will immediately be voided, however, the process for funds to be put back on your prepaid card could take up to 30 days. Also please make sure you obtain the gift card throughout the entire process in case a credit is due. And please note, some prepaid cards do not accept refunds, meaning Skechers will be unable to credit the original payment. 

Which Payment Methods Does Skechers Accept?

SKECHERS.com accepts PayPal, as well as credit/debit cards issued by:

Does Skechers Charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax will be charged in accordance with state and local laws, and will be calculated using your shipping address. The sales tax amount listed during checkout is only an estimate.

Skechers does not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards. However, applicable sales tax may be applied when the gift card is used. 

If you are tax exempt: 

  • After receiving the appropriate documentation we can refund the tax amount to your payment method once the order has shipped. Please email info@skechers.com to provide your tax document, and to acquire the appropriate tax document from Skechers to receive your refund.

Does Skechers Offer International Shipments?

At this time, SKECHERS.com does not ship to addresses outside the United States, with the exceptions of:

  • APO/FPO addresses 
  • U.S. Territories - American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands

Orders to these addresses are not eligible for Express Shipping, and may take longer to arrive than the listed delivery times. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders and for all charges related to returning or exchanging products.

SKECHERS.com does not ship to international re-shippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses. Additionally, Skechers does not accept international credit cards on SKECHERS.com USA.

What is U.S. Shipping Rates?

Standard Shipping

  • $8.50 flat shipping fee
  • SKECHERS Elite™ members: FREE Standard Shipping with no quantity limits
  • Includes all 50 States in the U.S., P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories

Express Shipping

  • $19.95 flat rate with no quantity limits
  • Not available for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories
  • If Standard Shipping delivery time is equal to or faster than Express Shipping, we will only provide the Standard Shipping option during checkout. This is typically the case for physical addresses in or near California.
  • $19.95 flat rate fee applies to orders with one (1) item and if only one (1) item ships
