What is Smarthome.com Offers a 30-day Return Policy On Most Products?

  • Returns in new condition with original packaging and accessories will receive a refund.
  • Returns must include the receipt or invoice as proof of purchase, as well as a copy of the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Smarthome.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original ship date.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price, less any shipping charges. Refunds are usually reflected on your card account within 7 business days of Smarthome’s receipt of your return.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

How Do I Use My Credit On File on SmartHome.com?

Any credits on file will be automatically applied to your next order (you will not see the credit when you place your order).

When Will My Package Arrive?

Orders placed before 3:00pm (PT) will ship the same day. Your package will arrive 1 to 5 days for regular, in-stock items shipping to the United States.

I Returned My Purchase, How Will I Know You Received It?

Once your return has been received in warehouse, you will receive (2) automated emails, one confirming receipt of your package and one confirming your credit. SmartHome suggests waiting 5 business days before you contact SmartHome about a return. Credits can take up to (2) credit card billing cycles to appear on your statement.

When Will I Receive Credit for My Return?

Any outstanding credit for a return will be processed within 5 days of receipt at Smarthome’s warehouse. You will receive an email through our RMA system once the item(s) have been received. Credit card refunds can take up to two (2) credit card billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Please note: Smarthome is unable to accept any item that is not returned within 30 days of shipment, in new condition and in all original packaging.
