If you are missing an item in your order, this usually means the item is out of stock or damaged. If the item is out of stock you should receive a Credit Memo via email in addition to your invoice informing you of the out of stock item. If you did not receive a Credit Memo via email, and you are missing an item please contact their customer service team immediately upon receipt of your order.
StylesForLess do not offer exchanges since many of our items sell out so fast. Should you need a new size, simply place a new order for the item you need. You can return any eligible items separately by following the “Return of Online Purchase” steps on the return form.
Please allow anywhere from two business days, to two weeks for your refund to process and post to your account. If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Please keep in mind orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
