What are the Holiday Order Deadlines?

For guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery

Standard Delivery - February 1 
Usually arrives within 5-7 days, depending on your location. 

Expedited Delivery - February 8  
 Add $9.95 per address for Second-Day Air. Expedited delivery usually arrives in 3-4 business days. 

Express Delivery - February 11 by 11:00 p.m. Central Time  
Add $24.95 per address for Overnight Service. Express delivery usually arrives in 1-2 business days.

How Do I Create a Swiss Colony Credit Account?

Just place your first order to create your own The Swiss Colony® account. 

During the check out process of your first order, (at Step 3: Payment Method) choose the "Open a new Swiss Colony® Credit Account option". 

Next, enter either your EZ Code (from the back cover of your catalog) or your social security number (the website is secure). Accept the terms and conditions, and continue checking out.

How Do I Track My Order of The Swiss Colony?

Track your order by using one of these methods: 

  1. Click “Order Status” from the top of any page on Enter your order number, last name and billing ZIP code. 
  2. Click “Your Account” at the top of any page on Sign in using the email address and password associated with your account. You may also need your account number for this method (found on your account statement). From the left-hand menu, choose Order Status & History. 
  3. If you don't see an order listed, you can search for it by filling in the boxes on the Order History page. Enter the order number, your last name and billing ZIP code. 
  4. The Order Status & History page will indicate whether or not a specific order has shipped, the date it shipped, the carrier and a link to the tracking information, if available (not all shippers provide tracking). 

Once an order has shipped, under the “You Can” drop-down menu, you also have the options of returning an item or submitting a review of the items in the order.

How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order At the Swiss Colony?

You cannot change or cancel an order that has already shipped.

To cancel unshipped items or your entire order:  

Click "Order Status" at the top of any website page (or under the menu on our mobile/smartphone website). Enter your order number*, last name and billing ZIP code. Look for the drop-down menu labeled "You Can" and follow the online instructions.  

If you are unable to find the "You Can" menu option, simply Email Us , provide the order number and tell us what you'd like to change.  

Your order number is provided either in your shipping notification email, by your customer service representative when placing your order via telephone or by logging into My Account found at the top of any of our web pages and then choosing Order History in the left-hand menu. 

What Should I Do Before I Return Or Give Away My Electronic Device?

Before returning or gifting any electronic device, it is recommended to perform a factory reset so all personal information and data is removed. Please refer to the product manual or manufacturer website for instructions. 

What Do I Do If My Item(s) are Damaged During Shipment?

At The Swiss Colony® your satisfaction is guaranteed. If your order has been damaged during shipment, please Email TheSwissColony and include the item number and description of the item that was received damaged. Indicate if the box was damaged, the extent of the damage to the item, and the pieces/part numbers if available.

How Do I Expedite the Shipping Of My Order?

For faster delivery, you can use Expedited or Express Service. These services are only available on orders for in-stock items delivered within the Continental U.S. Some oversized or heavy items, or items being shipped direct from the manufacturer, do not qualify for these shipping options. Because most items sent overseas are already shipped by air, they do not offer expediting on shipment outside the Continental U.S.

You may expedite your order by selecting either Expedited or Express shipping option, during Step 2 of the Checkout process. Please note that items ordered together are not always shipped the same day.
