If I Purchase a New Mobile Phone, Can I Keep My Current Phone Number and Carrier?

Target will partner with your carrier to explore options for purchasing a new phone with your existing carrier.  

You can continue to use your existing phone number if you purchase a new mobile phone, even if you switch to a new carrier.

What Types Of Cell Phone Transactions Can I Complete At Target?

Target provides all the major carrier plans for both contract and prepaid phones. These include new and upgrade 2-year agreements, add-a-line, monthly leasing plans, and airtime prepaid minutes.

Does Target Accept International Payments?

For international payments,  Target accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Target REDcard™ or PayPal.  

What Payment Types are Accepted for Borderfree International Orders?

How Do I Get Free Shipping On My Target.com Order?

There are two easy ways to qualify for free standard or to-the-door shipping when you shop Target.com: 

Pay for your order with a REDcard™ (Target Credit Card™, Target Debit Card™, or Target™Mastercard®).

  • Handling fees or minimum purchase threshold may apply.
  • Does not apply to Target Restock orders.
  • Valid for orders shipped to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses.

Spend $35 or more using any payment method.

  • $35 minimum to qualify is based on cart subtotal and doesn't include gift wrap or tax.
  • Handling fees may apply.

How Do I Cancel My Target.com Order?

Depending on the status of your order, you may be able to cancel your order. 

  1. Visit the find your order page.
  2. Sign in to locate your order.
  3. To cancel your order, locate the item(s) you wish to cancel and select cancel item next to the item(s).
  4. Select yes to confirm cancellation.

If your cancellation request was successful, you'll receive a confirmation email. You won’t be charged for a canceled order, but your card may reflect a temporary authorization hold. Funds will become available once your bank releases the hold. 

If the cancellation window has passed, you can still refuse the order upon delivery. When Target receives your refused order, they will process the return and send an email confirmation regarding your refund. You can also return your order to any Target store or by mail using a prepaid Target.com return label.

How Do I Add Or Remove Items From My Cart?

To add an item to your cart: 

  • Select an item.
  • Choose color, size and quantity, if applicable.
  • Select add to cart. Once you add an item, you can select view cart & check out or continue shopping. Your cart can hold up to 20 separate items, and up to 99 of each of those items. Saving items in your cart doesn’t reserve or put them on hold. 

To remove an item from your cart: 

  1. Select the shopping cart icon.
  2. Select remove next to the item you wish to remove.
