Stainless steel, water bottle, My First Tervis™ sippy cup, and ice bucket lids as well as ice bucket handles may be replaced. All other accessories are not guaranteed for life.
Tumblers (including stainless steel), water bottles, mugs, My First Tervis™ sippy cups, wine glasses, goblets, collectibles and ice buckets may be replaced.
If you've completed the information and selected "submit & print" but the form won't print for any reason, please wait 24 hours for an email confirmation with a return number. This email can be printed and included in your package.
You may return your order with your sales receipt or packing slip within 30 days from your date of purchase for the refund of the sale price and tax of the purchase (shipping charges will not be refunded). Please note that non-defective returns must be returned in new and unused condition along with its original packing materials. Mail-in returns will be processed within 10 days of receipt. Please allow 5-7 days for credit to process.
The goal is to build and ship your order as quickly as possible. Because all orders are processed immediately, no changes can be made after you have placed your order. If you would like to add to your order, Tervis will invite you to place another one on tervis.com.

On the Shipping Information page, you are presented with three shipping options (Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air) and corresponding costs. Select the method that best fits your delivery needs.
On the Billing page, you will be prompted to enter your payment card information. Fill out the corresponding fields with name on card, card number, and security code and expiration date. Be sure to agree to terms, and then proceed.
Once you have placed your order, check your email for order confirmations. After your order has shipped, Tervis will send you another email that contains an order tracking number and estimated arrival date.
